Yoga Angels Wellness Oasis opens with a full-day experience that brings together movement, healing, nature, culture, food, music, ocean, vendors, and community.
You can come for the morning, the afternoon, the evening, or the full day. The experience is designed to meet you where you are.

Awaken
Begin your day surrounded by the beauty of the St. Thomas coastline as the sun rises over the ocean. Ease into the experience with guided meditation, gentle breathwork, and beginner-friendly yoga designed to help you reconnect with yourself, release stress, and set a positive intention for the day ahead.
Whether you are completely new to wellness practices or have an established routine, this opening experience invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, move your body with ease, and embrace the restorative energy of nature.
Then:
Nourish
Discover the flavors of Jamaica through our signature Nyam & Reason Cuisine experience, where healthy eating, culture, and community come together. Enjoy a variety of nourishing vegetarian and plant-based meals, fresh local produce, seafood dishes, and authentic Jamaican favorites. Guests seeking traditional Jamaican cuisine can also enjoy options such as fish, curry goat, chicken, and other island-inspired specialties.
No matter your dietary preference, there is something for everyone to enjoy. Visit the YAI Hydration Station for refreshing fresh-pressed juices, herbal drinks, smoothies, coconut water, specialty beverages, and a selection of alcoholic refreshments for guests who choose to indulge.

Take time to unwind and replenish in spaces intentionally designed for relaxation and healing. Immerse yourself in soothing sound healing sessions, rest in shaded lounge areas, sway gently in hammocks, or cool off with a refreshing swim in the ocean.
